The software is proposed in remote loading for free evaluation.

The sale of software does not involve, to in no case, the transfer of the reproduction rights, representation, exploitation and more generally recognized incorporeal straight or to recognize which took part in the realization of the software. The purchaser is thus only authorized to install and use one specimen of the program downloaded on a single computer. However it is generally acquired that the principal user will be able to carry out one second copy, for needs for safeguard or filing. Of course in the case of multiple purchases of licences the purchaser will be able to install the software on as many stations as of bought licences.

The remote loading for the software is accessible before the payment. The procedure of remote loading makes it possible to test the software before purchase. - Formation of the contract
The invoicing is established after the validation of the directly printable purchase on line. The acceptance of the delivery (software) is electronic.

- Delivery and reception
The author commits himself putting all works about it in order to transmit the key of decoding within the shortest times, and this as soon as the buying order was validated by the customer. The times of transmission of the data estimated for the remote loading are given only as an indication, and the possible delays do not give the right to the purchaser to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim damages. Any complaint for nonconformity or missing with the delivery of a product, that it is by remote loading or delivery if envisaged will have to be transmitted in the week as from the reception of the product.

- Fortuitous occurences and Major force
The author is released from the obligation of delivery for all fortuitous occurences and major force; as fortuitous occurences the all-out strikes or partial, the floods and fires, etc are in particular regarded

- Selling price and terms of payment
The prices posted by the author are invoicees on the basis of going rate at the time of the order. The author can modify his tariffs constantly. The payment of the invoice is carried out with the order.

- Reserve of priority
The transfer of property of the downloaded, or delivered goods and to deliver is suspended until the integral payment of the price by the purchaser without that affecting the transfer of risks.

- Guarantees
In addition to the legal guarantee against the latent defect resulting from articles 1641 and following from the civil code, the market products profit from a guarantee of the editor. These guarantees are exclusive of any other guarantee in particular of very guaranteed result as for the satisfaction of the specific needs of the customer. In all the cases aimed to the present general terms, the responsibility for the author is limited to those mentioned other than repair for any other damage, whatever is the source, undergone by the customer.

- Litigation
The election of residence is made in the residence of the author. In the event of dispute relating to the fulfilment of a sale contract or to the payment of the price, the bankruptcy court of Strasbourg will be only qualified whatever the place of delivery and the accepted method of payment. Except special and written conventions, any order automatically carries on behalf of the purchaser his adhesion to the general terms of sale of the author notwithstanding any contrary stipulation appearing in its own general terms of purchase.

Unlimited licences with the fixed price

The sale of unlimited licences is intended for the companies only. Those can obtain for a price given (fixed price) an infinity of licences to be installed on the stations of their employees in their company according to the type of licence bought. The conditions of sale quoted above are also applicable in the case of the licences to the fixed price.
